CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Last night the town of Walden, TN, approved a video service agreement with EPB for Fi TV service upon first reading. Similar agreements are already in place in several cities and towns throughout EPB’s customer service area, Chattanooga, Red Bank, East Ridge, Ridgeside, Hamilton County, Signal Mountain, Soddy Daisy, and Rossville and Lookout Mountain in Georgia.
EPB launched their 100% fiber optics network, EPB Fiber Optics, last September and currently provides services to over 7,000 customers residing in the cities of Chattanooga, Red Bank, and East Ridge. EPB plans to have services available to all customers within these three city limits by July, 2010.
