CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – EPB has extended their customer service hours for
customers calling in regards to both electric power and EPB Fiber
Optics services. EPB’s new customer service call hours are:
• Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday – 9 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Customers can call during EPB’s extended hours for any business that
they would typically handle during the work week – from making payments
to connecting electric power and EPB Fiber Optics services. And as
always, customers can call to report outages twenty-four hours a day,
seven days a week.
“We are a local company, with all of our customer service located right
here in Chattanooga, and we believe our customers deserve the highest
level of service” says Kathy Burns, EPB’s Vice President of Customer
Relations. “By extending our customer service hours, along with the
introduction of our twenty-four hour EPB Fiber Optics Tech Support
Center, we are here to let customers know that EPB is more accessible
than ever.”
